Q: Will the Special 0/84 program have the same customer requirements as the normal 84 mo. finance program - Minimum FICO of 680, Tier 0-2, 115% advance cap? 

A: (From FMCC) Enhanced guidelines will apply - Tier 0-2, Minimum FICO of 620, and 120% advance cap. 

Q: Is the "Built to Lend a Hand" three payment program compatible with the 0% for 84-month promotion? 

A: No, customers cannot take the 0% for 84 offer and have their first three payments covered. However, customers can still take advantage of the 90 Day deferred payment program. 

Q: How will the "Built to Lend a Hand" three payment program be facilitated? 

A: Customer can choose to use the Ford Credit Bonus Cash in three different ways. 1. Apply the full rebate to the deal like any other rebate 2. Elect to receive a check for the rebate amount which can be used to make their first three payments 3. Dealer can make the first three payments on the customers behalf.

Q: How was the average lease payment calculated to determine the 3-month 'Built to Lend a Hand' RCL cash amount?

A: Average lease transaction prices were used on vehicles regularly featured in T1.5 & T2 advertisements, plus applicable incentives to determine an average payment on a 24-month and 36-month lease. Due to the split in take-rates between 24-month and 36-month lease contracts, an average payment of the terms was used. Vehicle trim/packages used to determine an average monthly payment include:

A: Average retail transaction prices were used on vehicles regularly featured in T1.5 & T2 advertisements with a 10% down payment and applicable incentives to determine an average payment based on a 72-month retail contract. The 10% down payment is in line with average actual down payment data from Ford Credit, which includes trade equity.
